The very first episode of the new TableTennisDaily series following the TableTennisDaily British League team on their quest to someday play in the Champions League against the top teams in Europe was released on November 24th.
Entitled “The Beginning”, the episode introduced all the players of the team including familiar faces Dan and Tom. Also, the support team including “The Chairman” Pete Ives (Dan’s dad) and “The Gaffer” aka Anthony Kent.
This year the team are competing in Division 1 of the British League which is the third tier of the competition. The full squad consists of Tom Maynard, Garth Kinlocke, Umair Mauthour, Jan Surwilo and Christoph Zickert.
