Today on the 27th October the Men's Singles final took place at the 2013 Men's World Cup in Verviers, Belgium! The Men's Singles final saw China's Xu Xin take on Belarus's Vladimir Samsonov. Results and video below.

On route to the final number 1 seed Xu Xin booked his place into the final after an epic 7 set thriller over Dimitrij Ovtcharov. In the other semi final Vladimir Samsonov disposed Timo Boll in 4 straight sets!

Xu Xin defeated number 5 seed Vladimir Samsonov in five sets (11-6, 12-14, 11-8, 11-9,11-7) to secure the World Cup title! Video below, enjoy!


Gold for Xu Xin, silver for Vladimir Samsonov; it was bronze for Dimitrij Ovtcharov.
