Any body knows when will be the next Asia Pacific Veteran table tennis tournament and where ?????

I always find my penhold bat is too heavy with two sides rubber, any suggestion what rubbers and bat I should use ?

can I shave or cut my bat smaller ? would I damage the quality of the bat ??????

Can anybody recommend a light bat or some light rubber ? I am a offensive shakehand player playing quite high standard table tennis but I stopped to play for more than 15 yrs, not much knowledge about table tennis equipment.
