  1. Short pips for BH topspin (philosophising:D)

Well, coming from someone having rotated through 26 short and medium pips last year, I'd say Rakza PO is really close to the 'inverted like' side. If you want some similar ideas, Impartial XS and Moristo SP AX are also inverted like. If you want looping ability but less sensitivity, then maybe...
  2. Glue usage reduction 😁

The closest I've gone is missing a corner where I'm holding onto the rubber haha
  3. Xuperman Powerplay-x: A Rubber by Xu Xin

Xu Xin switched over to Hurricane 3 also. Though to be fair, if you've seen their custom rubbers it really is a far cry from what we think of as Hurricane (even provincial or national version). Anyhow, my favourite question! Like a true EJ I am tossing between setups (of course haha). Last...
  4. Xuperman Powerplay-x: A Rubber by Xu Xin

Regardless of what you think my strength is, I think it's rather immoral to lead the next generation of EJs down this path. Skyline 2 is a difficult rubber to engage that no longer fits the 40+ ball. Sure, there are some intermediate level players that could make use of it, but as you play up...
  5. Xuperman Powerplay-x: A Rubber by Xu Xin

That sounds like a terrible rubber ngl Skyline 2 is barely playable with the heavy tack.
  6. Tibhar MK Carbon Blade

    Any updates on this beauty?
  7. Rubber for chinese loop technique

I recommend the DNA Dragon grip. It's a great hybrid with little downside. The more tackier/slower ones mentioned here may require you to hit through harder, which naturally increases your unforced error rate.
  8. Rubber alternative for FH & BH, cheaper

Yinhe Jupiter 3 can replace the B2, and a medium version of Yinhe Mercury 2 can replace the H3. You're going to lose some performance, but it's a reasonable substitute.
  9. Any Pro's use Stiga Dragon Grip?

I thought the most famous of which is Truls Moregard. Anyhow, a lot of the Swedish team uses it. Slow is how you define it, if you mean not bouncy/trampoline then yeah, it's slow, but on harder hits it's definitely not slow.
  10. Opinions on the Hurricane Long 5 Blades

If you're looking to experience it, then get a W968 and a national blue sponge (or even named) H3. Be warned it is very short lived but it's the epitome of feeling.
  11. 5 ply blades - a few observations on my three..

And yet I read time and again of the newest and greatest "improvement" on the viscaria structure 🤣
  12. Has Anyone Tried Large Ball Rubbers?

They seem to be the same rubbers on a softer sponge. Most hits in large ball is basically a smash/flat hit
  13. Looking for short pimples for BH recommendations

The above is a fantastic breakdown of moving to SP. It's taken me at least 6 months to say I've regained my BH SP technique and improved upon it. If you want a good starting option. Victas Spectol range is particularly stable without any standout attributes. S1 is a rite of passage, S3 is...
  14. Disappointed with Stiga blades and rubbers

It sounds like you prefer bouncier rubbers and that the two Stiga ones you have chosen are harder and denser. I think you'd enjoy the medium hardnesses from Stiga :)
