Built this one some time ago for a member of another forum. Typical Boll ALC composition but with a slightly larger core.
Composition: Koto / A-C / Limba / Kiri / Limba / A-C / Koto
Thickness: 5.95mm
Weight: 88.4g
Freq.: 1507 Hz

>1500 is much and did not expect this with the slightly thicker core.
Is there any difference between black limba and the regular one?
More quarantine experiments.
This might be the world's first variable stiffness blade. This blade was designed with a push-blocking game in mind, the BH side has more flex than the FH to create more energy dissipation. I'm not a push-blocker, so I will be looking for testers for this blade!
Composition: Padauk / Cork / Kiri / Balsa / Limba / Carbon / Limba
Weight: 76.3 g
Thickness: 7.7 mm
Head-size: 158x152 mm
Freq: 1140/1230 Hz
Balance: 2.5 mm (Low)

Nice work, but not first.. there are planty of them already......
I know there are plenty of asymmetric blades out there, I have made some myself. But those are variable hardness, not stiffness. Of course that when you create an asymmetric composition there is also variable stiffness to some degree, but not like this one has. This is not just an asymmetric blade, there is other stuff going on.
Sometimes can happen that customers have strange requests and ideas ... And it can go like this one on the picture.
To much tension between two sides, and one gets dominant.... But this is normal in the process and it is a part of evolution...

And i get you point.... I'm building defense attack blades this way some time .. Close type of composition like you have.
So elaborate then a little bit...
Ok..
From my side they try to get the fast side with very slow side and good weight and control ... For now the record is 3 steps all+ to def+... But the blade did not last to long... And even slight touch on edge can be futile.
Sergio if you want I can test for you.
