Seriously what took BTY so long to sign FZD? You should pay whatever it takes to buyout his existing contract and sign him. The money you make from him is insane. If Ho is right, then 5 new FZD...
ok, just make some posts on some threads
I always click the "add files" button.
Well I put my slowest set of rubber on this blade to test it out, and overall it feels faster than V14 Pro. I'm pretty sure its faster than the TB ZLC, but I didn't do a direct comparison.
The arc...
Definitely, I didn't go into these with super high expectations that they would be exactly as the original. Especially I don't expect them to replicate the original's overall feeling. But if they can...
You know I've traveled in most countries in Asia. If you go to fake good markets in Malaysia, Thailand, or anywhere, they will sell fake goods alongside real goods. They're just trying to do their...
Actually I asked about this blade as well. Multiple sellers told me that this blade is not the same blade as the one I showed. It's made by a different maker and is lower quality.
The same as ...
Yes, I had the same thought. But after talking to them, I don't think that they are the same seller. Some respond in English, some respond in Chinese. And their personalities are different. Some give...
You can't know for sure, so of course, it could be anything such as an alternate painted aramid. But these are some reasons:
1) the sellers go out of their way to list each of the materials used...
Yeah, my first real blade was Yinhe V14 Pro (alc outer). I got it because I thought this construction was the most popular construction for top pros.
But after getting the DHS Bo2, and the other...

Well I tried to use a magnifying glass to look at the layers in my blades, but I still can't really make out anything. It ends up hurting my eyes to look so closely.
I can't really see clearly...
Exactly, they are actually different brands. The inner zlc I got is Stuor. the Outer zlc I got is Lemuria. But actually, even within each brand, they seem to use slightly different type of zlc.
...
The zlc layer clearly looks different from the inner zlc version. The inner zlc version has a brighter white color, no idea why....
The XVT ZL Koto I believe uses Koto for the medial ply, so I'm not surprised that it feels extra stiff. If you saw my comments about the Stuor ZLC, it doesn't feel too stiff at all. Exactly the...
I wonder if I made a mistake getting the Lemuria outer ZLC, because it uses Limba medial layer instead of Ayous. Maybe the blade will be stiffer than the original was meant to be.
Yup, I read that. So ayous from the side has little diagonal lines. Great website by the way, lot's of cool information.
Now I'm curious about the innerforce design. Does the innerforce 2nd layer...
Didn't you say that you tried the W968 and felt it was underwhelming and felt just like any other blade?
This is a nice picture. I don't really know what to look for, but presumably the medial layer looks like ayous?
Do you have the same photo like this for the innerforce style blades?
That sounds like a good setup. Which blade will you get?
So would you say that Stuor has the correct pattern and Lemuria got it wrong?
In that case, would the Lemuria clone be faster than the Stuor? Because limba is harder than ayous?
Ps: i don't not...
Speaking of this.
LEmuria seems to think BTY koto blades use a koto-alc-limba-kiri pattern.
Stuor seems to think its a koto-alc-ayous-kiri pattern.
Do you know which is actually right?
Of...

Yeah, pretty sure Harimoto ALC or ZLC fits the bill for slower carbon. The one you linked is exactly the one I got. But the ALC version is probably less bouncy and more control oriented.
