It's not legal, I sometimes ask the opponent if i can throw up the ball just to check the light before my first serve in the match. Just to avoid misunderstanding.
I only "cho" a little when winning a sick rally, starting to get pretty tired on the cho morons who only do it to get attention. Often just sound ridiculas in my opinion.

Some booster will make the rubber a little bigger, but don't try to stretch the rubber when you put it on if it's to little, it will only give you a bad touch.
I have never had any problems with TT11! :D
