I also have Joola Infinity and I would urge to stay away as well. It required a lot of hacks to make it work (all of which I documented on owners group. If you have issues check them, hope they help).

Also with tackies, you can just open the blade angle and the ball will get to the other side of the table. It won't kill the guy, but based on videos you posted that is good enough.
Make someone serve 400-500 balls with reasonable spin long.

What is that you are trying to diagnose? Tactics, applied form? Then match play. Static form? then practice.
