What Der_Echte is pointing at here is that you want what everybody wants and gave us no information about yourself whatsoever, so how are members of the forum supposed to give you recommendations out...

An all-wood blade is definitely a good idea. I'd go for an ALL+ to OFF- blade since you seem new to the game. The Fextra is often recommended.

How long have you been playing?

Indeed! I recommend it and buy it for a lot of beginners and intermediate players at my club.

It also happens to be the 2nd best selling rubber in Japan over the last 3 years.

I'd say go back to 1.8 or 2.0mm right away either with your previously used rubbers or by purchasing new ones even if cheaper rubbers (Xiom prices are good). 1.4mm is way too thin for the modern...

Primorac is not that soft of a blade, and Rakza 7 Soft are still 40 deg. If you're scared it'll be too soft, then definitely go for Xiom Vega Europe (42 deg) in 2.0mm both sides, it's a great rubber...

I'd say the Primorac would be an excellent choice for you.

I'd pair it with Yasaka Rakza 7 Soft 2.0mm on both sides if you want something with control and still dynamic with good spin and speed,...

Carl gave you some great advice, regardless of if you tend to spin on the BH and hit on the FH, you need to practice so you can strengthen your FH stroke and add some spin to it.

      With the rubbers...

Very similar to the regular IF ALC, the larger head size gives it a slightly larger sweetspot and makes it a little more bendy.

It's exactly the same structure as the IF ALC: limba-limba-alc-ayous.alc.limba-limba

The only difference is the slightly bigger head size.

On average the IF ALC with its 157 x 150 mm head is going to be less head heavy than the Harimoto with its slightly larger 158 x 152 mm head size. Most IF ALC's are more or less 87 g whereas most...

It's definitely hard to know for sure. The rubber weights can vary and the glue used and how much can tip the scale too. I think my original guesstimate of 88-91g is a bit low, probably more 91-93g.

T05 in 1.7 on larger head blade, I'd think 44g each.

      183g -44g -44g -3g (glue) -1g (edgetape) = 91g

I suppose it could be more rather than less!

The Butterfly Primorac Carbon is the same composition as the Klampar/Gergely blades: hinoki/t5000/balsa/t5000/hinoki, only it is a little bit thicker at 6.9mm instead of 6.4mm.

      Another option...
