Highly unlikely. Daiki only started developing premium topsheet and sponge in 1991, short-pips and tacky topsheets in 1996 and they didn't succeed in developing a highly elastic topsheet and sponge...

Just got some lead here. The company Daiki Rubber is likely dissolved now. According to Nittaku's Corporate Profile page, Kisco is now listed instead under "主仕入先" or "Main Supplier" in English.
