Yes... Always..!!
I remember too many years ago maybe around 2015, he answered me too about a STIGA interview with Wang Manyu when she started to perform well and translated it for me... ^^
She was talking about her dad selling "cakes" (I don't remember the name in chinese... rou--- something...
OMG yes..!!
How can you remember AND find that again zeio.??!!
I didn't even remember to have written this post... >< ><'' hahahah
6 years already yeah... I cannot believe it.. ^^''
But... thank you as always... always has the answers for everything... Our encyclopedia here... ;)
Does someone know what is this new blade that Hayata is using ?
She really seems to be an EJ.. I think 5 different blades already since 5 years... ><'' ^^'' haha
She was using DHS N766 at that time.... which is all wood blade and specifically made for CNT. You can search on Google.
I think now.... nobody uses all wood anymore with the plastic ball... :)
Maybe I'm wrong and I don't remember well but... she has played many defenders since her debut on the Pro Tour and continental events but never lost one match against a defender as far as I remember..
First impression... I don't find it a good idea...
Depending too much on who you would face in the first rounds... so luck will be a big factor... :(
Seems less accurate and less "showing" of the strenght of a player than current system...
But I understand... made to force the "big names"...
Isn't it the shot that the japanese girls youngsters use quite a lot..??
Especially Miyu Kato, Hina Hayata and Mima Ito..??
That Adam Bobrow calls the "strawberry"..?? :D
Is there still anyone in the CNT who is using an allwood balde..?? (men or women)
(only Xu Xin I can see... and well, don't wanna "talk" about FZD blade... ;) lol)
Where are the other players..??
Wang Chuqin, Xue Fei, Liu Dingshuo,
Wang Manyu, Sun Yingsha, Miyuu Kihara, Shi Xunyao, Liu Fei..??
But it's true that it looks like more like a show than a real/serious tt competition...
Ding Ning is not sponsored by DHS for her blades, her previous blade was Stiga Ebenholz.
In the commentaries of this match, Adam Bobrow said it was for more speed with the new plastic balls,
And it's true that almost of all the women CNT members has gone to carbon blades now.
I don't see one...
