  1. New BH rubber

Loki - Telson 100 475 is quite fast and spinny, if you are looking at Chinese rubbers as well?
  2. Post your latest EJ purchase

Haha. You will be really good looking :D
  3. Post your latest EJ purchase

Yes it does. But the finishing is really nice, and you're right about the O. It feels a bit thick, but it's perhaps because it's filled too? I checked some other brands as well and their printings are equally thick, but not that massive as this one. I haven't noticed anything uneven when playing...
  4. Post your latest EJ purchase

Yes. The blades are really nice, but I always got them delivered in only plastic wrapper. I think it's a shipping cost thing, but I'll check if they have some nice boxes for them as well for the future. It's a bit nicer in many ways. The Giant Dragon case is really nice as well. And as you say...
  5. Beginner Equipment Mistake

Go for a all wood 5-ply allround blade like Sanwei - Accumulator and rubbers like 729 - Aurora Max Soft, 729 - Focus III Snipe or Yinhe - Mercury III Euro. This will give you a quite soft setup with sufficient speed, spin and good control to start develop your technique. For the first year or...
  6. Find the reason for the inbetween "ball does not get caught by the rubber" loopfails ending up in the net

With rubbers like these you shouldn't be too lazy ;) When you're looping, work with your whole body so you bend the knees and really get the power from the legs and get the whole body movement all together, and work hard with that wrist so you excel the power when hitting the ball. Don't forget...
  7. Need advice for a allround+ blade with a big handle

    Haitian - Y-1 Sanwei - Multilayer Z
  8. Hurricane 3 but which one? Advice please

If you're going for a Hurricane 3, the why don't start with the ordinary commercial in 39deg. This could be a good start and you'll soon see if you want a harder, softer or faster Hurricane 3.
  9. Alternative for boosted h3 neo, for a kid

If he likes H3 NEO on backhand, perhaps check out Yinhe Big Dipper 38deg, 729 - Battle III 38deg, Yinhe - Moon 12 Blue/Green or Yinhe - Moon Speed 53 Euro. All these are rubbers that got a bit more elastic top sheet than H3 and they will give a bit softer feel and makes it more easy to develop...
  10. Is Sanwei blade worth to get?

Sanwei have really high quality and finish in their blades, so this should not be a problem :)
  11. A light Chinese rubber with a little catapult and decent spin

Haha. Nice. :) Yep. That's the built-in feature. ;) I'm glad you like it.
  12. A light Chinese rubber with a little catapult and decent spin

Strange...? I would say the opposite
  13. A light Chinese rubber with a little catapult and decent spin

Actually Yinhe Moon 12 Blue or Green is the ones that comes to mind here. And you'll have some more gears with these as well. I've gone from Big Dipper 38deg to these Moon 12 Blue and Green, and I really like them. Only slightly tacky but really good grip. The softer, the more light weight of...
  14. H3 style rubber for bh

I think Xiom - Tau II will fit you nicely :)
  15. Looking for new blade

Check out Yinhe - PRO-05 and PRO-05X. They have similar composition to Long V.
  16. Need advice for backhand rubber

Yinhe Mercury II might be a bit slow for your backhand then. I used Big Dipper 38deg on backhand before, but now found the Moon 12 Blue/Green rubbers. I feel that these are as grippy as Big Dipper, but with a bit softer sponge. Not much softer, but it gives me more control in the blocking game...
  17. Need help with 'beginner' setup

As you have played before, start up with a 5-ply Allround+/Offensive- blade like Haitian - Y-I, 729 - Dragon S1 or Yinhe - U-2 Spin, and something like 729 - Focus III Snipe, 729 - Aurora Max or perhaps Yinhe - Moon Speed 53 Euro for a little harder and faster feel.
  18. Can you clean tacky / hybrid rubber with normal bat cleaner?? And how often to insure the durability and tackyness?

Yes. I often clean it a couple of times during practice and games. It's good to keep the dust away, otherwise it eats up your fine top sheet.
  19. Looking for a no gears/variables setup

You could try Giant Dragon - Submarine. It's not bouncy, but a bit tacky. Otherwise perhaps 729 - Focus III Snipe 42deg
  20. Rubber on BH

If your BH technique isn't that good, I'd say that Yinhe - Moon 12 Blue isn't too slow. There are four sponge hardness in this one. Moon 12 Green is a little bit softer over all. But if you really want something easy, controllable, light weight and also get good spin, check out one of these 729...
