  3. Table tennis vs road cycling and what we know from science

The golf swing is similar in that it is broken down into chunks or parts of the swing so that your brain can cope!! And just concentrate on two or 3 parts. Any more than 3 can be overwhelming!!! Once the parts in question have been drilled in and hopefully become 'natural' you can move onto the...

  6. How to measure blade speed?

Golf equipment is measured, I think there is a maximum, speed / velocity that the sports regulators have set for the ball to leave the face of the club face when the ball is struck with a set force. I’m not 100% sure but I think they fire a ball at the club face at speed/velocity ‘a’ and...

GMOAT maybe ML, greatest male of all time. if you look at Chinese Nat Champs and World Champs won, male and female, ML 3 of each, Deng Yaping (FEMALE) 6 CNC’s and 3 WC’s, considering how strong China is as a TT nation, winning 6 of those is one hell of an achievement!! So she could be...
  8. Table tennis vs road cycling and what we know from science

  14. Rubbers for beginner Chinese vs European

37 degree H3 Neo is a good choice. Any all wood All-round blade would be a good starting point. Stiga all round classic is a classic!! If you want a ‘Chinese’ style FH, then most importantly make sure that your coach knows how to coach you that stroke!! There are some differences between Euro FH...

  16. Best blade for attackers? ALC or SZLC?

A 7 ply blade that is pretty quick!! What are you looking for? More speed?? That won’t necessarily ‘up your game’ As one of the others asked, what sort of level do you play? Any footage of you playing? This can help get you better advice!!;)
  17. Rubber for nittaku acoustic

I’ve just put Rakza Z 2.0mm on my acoustic (large handle version) plays really well!! The Rakza Z is good for short touch and serves, there’s plenty of speed when looping, it also produces high spin levels when you brush the ball correctly. It’s a very good combination!!
