It's really amazing how opinions differ. For me, the bty Harimoto was super-crisp and hard. It had much more power. L5 was kind of muffled and somehow I didn't like the feedback. There was no clear sound when I hit the ball compared to bty.

Yep it feels really stiff and hard. Some people call it glassy. Tried it and did not like it one bit. Part of the reason I didn't like it was the larger head size.

Noctis, trust me it's not authentic. You can clearly see by the sloppy workmanship. Later today i will post a picture of my bty fzd so you can compare. Specifically, look at the layers of wood and the JTTAA stamp.

Rozena and Dignics are not designed to be boosted. And btw my friend did boost Dignics 05 and it completely destroyed it.

I will have to respectfully disagree with this opinion. Aruna is a noticeably different wood. The shape of the head is different compared to JRE. Also, the composition is different. JRE has ayous core while Aruna has kiri core. Furthermore, it is my impression that the hinoki layer on the Aruna...

Korbel + Rozena or TBALC + Rozena would be my recommendation

This. I experienced the same. ST blade feels more head-heavy, everything else being equal. I currently play with ST handle but I will definitely switch back to FL very soon.

Well, I couldn't resist. I am a big fan of Fan :cool: But to be honest, I am not good enough for this setup. I play better with Joola Aruna OFF and G-1.

Timo is unique. I can watch him play every day and twice on Sundays. Timo is such a cognitive player. You can clearly see his table tennis IQ every time. He plays so smart and adapts to every style. He exploits weaknesses with tactics. Truls is great but 1-dimensional.

If we talk quality and durability than I would strongly suggest Rozena. Xiom Vega Europe is ok but far cry from Rozena quality in any given criteria. Rozena is a great rubber. Initially it is more expensive than other suggestions but it is more than worth it.
