  1. DHS fans unite!

Well I was oversimplifying it but if someone does a bounce test it is slow. For tangential hit with the right technique it is quite fast. It has some deception as well, maybe the arc and speed it makes is a bit unnatural or something. Can't say I played with a lot of Nittaku balls but a few...
  2. Are you allowed to refuse to play against someone ?

There are some old rubbers that are still legal but don't have a number on them. Take Sriver for example. You would need to know the brand and model name and check it in the LARC. Since you mentioned the rubber is an antispin rubber I guess the decades didn't alter its performance by much so if...
  3. DHS fans unite!

I love this post, while H3 is talked about endlessly there's very little talk about DHS pimples or pips. So much so that I never seen anyone use one. Around me mostly people use Neubauer long pimples, never seen anyone with DHS or 729 or Dawei or anything Chinese which I find so strange. You're...
  4. DHS fans unite!

If you are a DHS simp or heck if you are a hater or anything in-between (a normal human being??) this thread should unite all of us who have feelings towards them. Let me give some bullet points: - You have tried H3 and it is the most spinny and controlled rubber that ever existed! - You think...
  5. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

How is it creating its own spin against a slow underspin ball? I feel with the C-touch German rubbers like the Dragon Grip, Bluegrip C2, Victas V20 etc the biggest issue is spin creation by own power. Once the opponent has made an opening loop these C-touch rubbers are fantastic at countering...
  6. Joola Zhou Qihao Super AL-c 90 review

Well if you have a better win ratio with it you should just flat-out make the switch even if you're not "fully" got accustomed to it. Sometimes just some blade properties that one can't even notice can make a huge difference. Like 5% faster speed will make the opponent make more forced errors...
  7. Joola Zhou Qihao Super AL-c 90 review

I know dandoy-sports.com has it and they ship internationally, and so does tabletennis11.com Besides those you can check the joola retailers: Authorized Retailers - JOOLA Global
  8. Glossy table tops in Macao ????

You forgot about the cameras! Have they heard about FullHD and 60fps? Dare I ask 4k?
  9. DHS H3 from EU store is higher quality than from China (Aliexpress)?

Well it wouldn't shock me if the total cost of a H3N is around 5-7USD and the rest is profit, markup, VAT and possibly transport costs. It also wouldn't shock me if a Tenergy was 10USD out of the factory. And sure there are R&D, tooling costs, player sponsorship costs etc, but like I'm sure H3...
  10. Viscaria family - FL handle shapes

Viscaria, Zhang Jike ALC, Lin Gaoyuan ALC should be the fattest, and BTY site states FZD ALC is the same as these. Timo Boll ALC, Matsudaira ALC are both thinner. Recently (past 1-2 years) many pros have been selecting the Zhang Jike ALC and before that the Lin Gaoyuan ALC was very popular but...
  11. DHS H3 from EU store is higher quality than from China (Aliexpress)?

I bought from your store before, and there at least you note soft means 37-38deg, medium is 39 and hard is 40-41deg and I think you had options for all 3 thicknesses. Other EU stores don't even say what soft, medium and hard means which is really lazy on their part.
  12. DHS H3 from EU store is higher quality than from China (Aliexpress)?

I doubt I am getting fakes from the big Aliexpress sellers, and I don't even see why anyone would try to fake commercial H3N, it's pretty darn cheap to begin with. They all had the authentication hologram and every little detail between the sheets I bought in the past matches. I had some issues...
  13. DHS H3 from EU store is higher quality than from China (Aliexpress)?

Has anyone noticed that DHS (particularly H3) purchased from EU stores is better quality than for example Aliexpress? I'm not dissing on Aliexpress nor the sellers there, it's just weird when I bought H3 or H3-50 from EU store I got a much better sheet than from Aliexpress. It could be just luck...
  14. Regarding top layer of the blade suited for SP (multiple questions)

I think hard top ply is the way to go with short pips and from somewhere I remember wenge top ply is highly recommended with SP. I don't know many blades with wenge top ply, only the Stiga Nostalgic series. Surely there are many more. Possibly ebony or rosewood could be suitable as well. An...
  15. Tibhar K3 Hybrid and MX-P (And C53)

I can't confirm this as a rule but pretty much it seems to be the case. I think MX-P has one of the biggest ones and it's very bouncy. I also think Rakza Z is rather slow even compared to Bluegrip C2 and I think the C2 is on the slower end of the C-touch hybrids from ESN.
  16. Tibhar K3 Hybrid and MX-P (And C53)

Bluegrip has a pretty dense sponge and has very small bubbles, and it's more like a H3N blue sponge boosted. I think the topsheet between Bluegrip, Dragon Grip, K3, C53, V>20, Omega 7 China etc are fairly similar if not the same. From the looks of it C53 and K3 have the largest bubbles in their...
  17. Tibhar K3 Hybrid and MX-P (And C53)

K3 has white sponge. You can google it, not difficult to find pics.
  18. Andro Synteliac

@Airoc What I am saying (feeling) about the Joola ZQ SALC ring any bells that make it similar to the VCO? I am just kinda assuming that they are kinda the same blades or at least very similar. If they are people should know and should consider either over other brands.
  19. Joola Zhou Qihao Super AL-c 90 review

I think the 90 is the way to go. I tried the 45 and it didn't give me any good impression to be honest. It's okay but like just okay really pales to how good the 90 is. Recently I've switched to MX-S on BH and to Donic Bluegrip C2 on FH. MX-S is is more spinny than V>15 without a doubt, and I...
  20. Tibhar Hybrid Rubbers

Prott has both K2 and K2 pro. I think K2 is a super good rubber, and for like 28 american freedom dollars (at prott) it's a steal. Sometimes I still take out my 2+ year old totally beaten K2 and am just amazed how great it is. It's light, durable as hell, requires no boost, doesn't shrink like...
