    I usually glue the sheet on a cardboard with the pips facing against the cardboard. Place adhesive tapes on each side except the bottom part because it needs to be glued. Trace the blade head shape on the cardboard then glue it before cutting with a pair of scissors.

    3x layers with no glue in between layers of seamoon. 12hrsper layer then 1 day rest before gluing. Add 2 layers after 1 month.

    Why not a 7 ply all wood blade? Clipper, fextra, yasaka w7 or xiom extreme s or solo.

    These rubbers play best with seamoon booster. Do not expect much without.

    Not yet although I have the national and provincial versions also. The differences would be just the quality and probably the speed. I am using the commecial version and boosted with seamoon. It is actually already superb this way.

    If you have decent skills, H37 is actually easier to use than H40.

    With the type of rubbers today. If you go max and choose. The newer esn rubbers, you will nit have any problems with sp3ed even with just a 5 ply off blade.

    Depends on the amount and type of incoming spin. If it is underspin a bit more open angle while topspin, no spin, sidespin i use a more closed angle.

    Sanwei Fextra is also as fast while Clipper is more controllable.

    I would give caution on the Extreme S. It is a fast 7 ply blade especially when paired with MXP. Still if you have a coach, it is doable but, i would get Xiom Solo or Xiom offensive S instead.
