That is a good point, it probably doesn't help because beforehand I always tell the pro's to give 100% :D

The two videos above cover most of what you need. I'm also a big fan of skipping using a rope. I have found players are much lighter on their feet from doing skipping practice.
Good question. I would personally favour the EL-S on my backhand over the MX-P as it is very fast. I really like the FX-S on my backhand, it was excellent for bh topspin against backspin. MX-P on the backhand is good for punch shots.

I agree to for example the European Championships can be so exciting as its so unpredictable on who the winner could be. I think 1 or 2 Chinese in this league however would be a good thing. It would get China behind the league and also because its a team event that could get interesting.
