  1. Rasanter C Series

To me it looks like the Hurricane 3, D09c, Donic C1/C2, Xiom Omega 7 China style pimple shape + thicker top layer. The Victas V>20 Double Extra seems to be the same as well. Probably the Rasanter will be tacky too, Andro I think didn't have any sticky rubbers on the market (yet).
  2. HELP: set up for a 15 year old girl

I might be missing the point in this question but if she said she likes Viscaria with T05 and Rozena then why not get that for her?
  3. Share your Racket's Photo

I'm no expert in this, but afaik it depends how the wood is sawn. If the koto is sawn in a specific angle you will have this fishscale pattern.
  4. Share your Racket's Photo

Look at that massive fish scale pattern. Yinhe really likes to do this since chinese are suckers for it.
  5. H301 vs H301x which is closer to the W968 National?

Different glue, different arylate carbon composition, differently selected wood plies just to name a few reasons. I don't see a single reason to buy the HL5 over the Fang Bo 2 carbon unless someone is really picky about the handle. I'm not a huge fan of thin handles and FB is rather thin, but it...
  6. Backhand Rubber suggestions

Assuming from your first post your BH swing is not so fast so you should be looking into the rubbers with a bit thinner topsheet than G-1. I would probably recommend Aurus Select possibly in just 2.1mm so you also get the benefit of a light rubber too and 2.1mm is enough. It's a good jack of all...
  7. Dhs h8-80

Check here. If you have questions go ham. I think limba is just too soft and slow down the ball too much. And with H8-80 you really don't need any more lifting by the blade, just a blade that pings the ball forward and H8-80 will take care of the arc.
  8. Dhs h8-80

I think H8-80 works better with relatively hard and stiff blades. I would consider a Viscaria or that type of blade a relatively stiff and hard. A typical VIS is around 1450Hz give or thake a few dozen Hz, on my Ice Cream AZX (which is kind of similar, just at 1550Hz) it is really good pairing...
  9. Grip vs Spin: is there a difference?

What's wrong with them? I don't know their names but the younger tall guy and the defender are good players. Their opinion I would consider. The rest of them I would rather just skip.
  10. Best rubbers for Nittaku Violin

Good luck on your return back to the game! I used D64 and D09c, but I wouldn't really want to pair either of them with a Violin. You need to use a lot of power to make them work well. I think the Violin will flex away too much. The Mizuno Q series works really well with all wood blades it is...
  11. Grip vs Spin: is there a difference?

I wish people would stop referring to the sponge hardness as rubber hardness. I guess sponges contain some amount of rubber but it's really confusing for uninitiated people to understand what you are talking about. Is it the complete sheet? Topsheet? Sponge? Which one? There are "rubbers" that...
  12. Tibhar MX-D

Isn't that tester only looking for VOC? If the booster doesn't have VOC then the bat will not fail.
  13. All Asian Champions got to reek of perspiration.

I'm a vegetarian, and I don't have any bad smell even if I sweat a lot. In south Asia I don't see how one doesn't sweat a lot. It's hot, humid and if you work hard there's no way of avoiding it. I don't think they have aircon in every gym. And if the pros take some creatine or whatever...
  14. Tibhar MX-D

Kinda in line with how much MX-P looses from its weight. ~4g
  15. Tibhar MX-D

I wonder what is the weight of the rubber after 7.5 month. Not sure if you have the glue layer on the sponge, that can add 1-2 gramms. The topsheet seems to hold up well.
  16. Fitness & conditioning for TT - advice

A bit of rope skipping and planking has good results for lower body and core. Rope skipping also has the benefit to improve your timing and balance. I never touched weights myself since I don't want to damage my joints or get stiff or too bulky. However I like to use rubber bands to do all kind...
  17. Rubber shortage in China

I'm sure the DHS factory in Shanghai is also effected by the lockdown and Covid. Hope it won't cause a ball shortage :/
  18. Non-shrinking ESN rubbers

Fastarc G-1 sounds like a really good one. So far I enjoy the V>15 extra on both sides but next time maybe I will request a black V15 and a red G-1 from my club. The blue V15 is like 3g heavier than the black after cutting them, probably it's a bit harder so I use the blue one on FH.
  19. Just tried ZJK ZLC, why don't people like ZLC?

I guess just for looks? He's talking about pairing T19 with different kind of blades. Some he likes, some not so much.
  20. Will there be a Butterfly Fan Zhendong soon?

When the Golden Viscaria was released it was much cheaper on prott too, it was around 350USD. Then the price got inflated as more and more CNT players started to use it.Some chinese sellers on wechat sell these Golden Viscarias by the dozen, so there's really no exclusivity in it. I don't know...
