  1. New Color of Good Rubbers

Are there any non-ESN rubbers with different color than black and red?
  2. Tabletennis11 expensive

Kinda besides the point. Not sure how TT11 site works. Don't know if they just add the Estonian VAT on top of the net price, or they check your IP location and adjust for each country. But in that case what is 914EUR for me is different for a different country. Anyways I just tried to make sense...
  3. Tabletennis11 expensive

W968 is currently listed for 914EUR on TT11, if I use 20%VAT that is just about 150EUR. So it makes sense that it's 150EUR cheaper domestically.
  4. Tabletennis11 expensive

I think it's just the market situation. Here many chose TB ALC over Viscaria so they can sell it for a bit higher price. Purely because there are many Timo fans and most people don't know they are almost the same blade. In China I think Viscaria is more popular probably because of Zhang Jike...
  5. What is STIGA Cybershape?

Why? It might actually bring more customers to Stiga if people like this shape. Not everyone wants to commit to a 220EUR blade before they tried it. They might commit first to a 40EUR one and later upgrade to Stiga. Granted for this the shape needs to be liked and I'm assuming the Chinese clones...
  6. Bfly too expensive, rubber advice please

Rozena is actually more durable. I'd just go with it. If you search the webs you can get it for 33USD a sheet. You can 2 sheets for the price of one Tenergy.
  7. SDC Handmade Blades

This is really interesting. It's similar to a Primorac Carbon but the freq of a PC is so much higher around 1800Hz. I wonder if it's due to the pure Tamca 5000 vs ALC. Still it's always fantastic to see a hinoki blade I always wondered if the year ring lines influence the play of the blade. I...
  8. Bfly too expensive, rubber advice please

There's always Rozena which is a cheaper Tenergy like rubber. Doesn't have the durability issues that ESN rubbers have. Or I played with Yasaka Hovering Dragon which is a pretty nice and light rubber. Chinese made and doesn't require boosing. It's not sticky, has some catapult effect, not as...
  9. Need new rubber

You have a point there, and I don't know if it has that thin top sheet. DHS doesn't market it much lol. I also don't think it has the ultramax thickness, but as far as I can tell Asian manufacturers didn't buy into that 2.1mm+ sponge idea. Ok, H3 has 2.15 and 2.2mm but that's just such a popular...
  10. Lifespan of hurricane rubbers

Well maybe you live in heaven, I'm not sure... The cheapest H3 BS Neo I can get is around 50USD. D09c for 70USD, But while I know D09c is original I'm not so sure about the H3. H3 BS from a fully reputable source is min 60EUR and that is indeed about the same cost as D09c...
  11. What is STIGA Cybershape?

I guess soon the Chinese copies will be available on sites for fraction of a cost for those who don't wanna shill out 220 EUR to Stiga.
  12. Lifespan of hurricane rubbers

I think H3 BS can be used without boosting just fine. It lasted me for a year (without boosting) and I didn't have slipping issues. I used revolution cleaner on it after every training and applied plastic sheet. This way it kept picking up balls, even now it can pick it up but the top sheet...
  13. What is STIGA Cybershape?

I see, yeah if it was proper play it's OK, I don't mind Truls winning at all, just not like against Lim. That felt weird... Shame for Timo, he had a good chance, good draw, but I saw he was struggling with his waist. It's really too bad. Too bad for Lim Jonghoon too, he was flying and even in...
  14. What is STIGA Cybershape?

Haven't seen the match against Timo yet, but please don't tell me he won again with that cheezy play that he did against Lim Jonghoon. Lim should've mopped the floor with him, but he literally turned into Hao Shuai after a few cheezy plays.
  15. Need new rubber

I used Vega Asia for backhand in the past, it's not a miracle rubber, but fast enough and easy to handle and very cheap nowdays. The top rubber feels rather soft and the sponge is also not too firm. I like its relative insensitiveness and speed on my BH. I don't use it anymore but for ~30USD...
  16. Need new rubber

I think the Xiom Vega Asia or Europe can be bought for around ~30USD. But I can't say they will be very different from Rakza 7, all these German made rubbers are pretty much the same. Probably the Vega Asia is a bit faster and softer feeling while Vega Europe is more topspin oriented. I guess...
  17. What is STIGA Cybershape?

Yes, you are right, but I was not comparing Koto and Limba, I meant Koto and Ayous for thin top ply. And if they are dyed in some color that doesn't help a lot either. Koto and Limba are fairly easy to tell apart. I've seen Ayous top plies that tricked me to believe it's Koto. The Hurricane Ji...
  18. What is STIGA Cybershape?

If the Cybershape is the same or very similar to the Inspira then it should be Koto outer but with this dyed and possibly heat treated outer ply it's kinda hard to tell. Koto and Ayous are not so ovciously different for an outer ply by look. If you dye it in some color it's super difficult to...
  19. Speed glue re-apply question

Well technically you could use some paint thinner it works as solvent but I wouldn't bother with it. I'd just use some water based glue on the edges where it's peeling but you can also just take off the rubber completely and reglue it with water based glue. It works on top of the speed glue as well.
  20. Super hard H3

Try Aibiss, BTY 50deg sponge is significantly harder than turbo blue sponge and it's not so extremely heavy. Aibiss is the hardest rubber I ever tried. But from DHS/Nittaku, the H3 turbo blue is probably the hardest, but it's not as dead as an orange sponge 41deg, it's a really nice sponge, but...
