  1. Joola Tronix CMD - Short Review

After 1 month, the grip is still excellent with only slight discoloration around the sweet spot where I hit the most. The speed level has not changed and still has a good 'pop'. It is also remarkably hard to chip and tear. I had several table hitting accidents and it still looks untouched. I've...
  2. Changing from tibhar samsonov pure wood

Ah, nice! as long as you're confident and comfortable in your play then who cares? GO WIN!!!
  3. Changing from tibhar samsonov pure wood

I wouldn't recommend switching if you still haven't. You have an ALL+ blade with 47 degree rubbers, which should produce plenty of power. Keep working on your technique and you'll be fine. I used the Tibhar Pure Wood for a year so I'm familiar with its feeling. If you JUST started doing...
  4. Joola Rhyzen Fire - Short Review

I actually tried a sheet of Rakza 7 on the same blade I had Rhyzen Fire on, so I can compare it directly. Rakza 7 definitely had more catapult, but the top speed felt about the same with Fire having more in the lower gears. The grip/spin was about the same though.
  5. Joola Rhyzen Fire - Short Review

Specs: The uncut weight of a 2.0 sheet is 68 grams. The surface is very grippy and the pimples are not visible through black or blue sheets. It feels like a 45-47.5 degree hardness rubber. Closer to the 47.5 mark. Playing: Used on a Xiom ZL Pro. In both MAX and 2.0 on both FH/BH at various...
  6. Joola Rhyzen Ice - Rubber Review

Not at all! I used Barracuda on my Forehand for about 3 months, and it was fine but definitely felt like it missed something. The topsheet grip is about the same, but the Ice has less bounce and a flatter arc so it is much more controllable. The increased dwell time on Ice meant I could load up...
  7. Joola Rhyzen Ice - Rubber Review

Joola Rhyzen Ice - Review Specs: The uncut weight of a MAX sheet is 68 grams and 64 grams at 2.0 mm. The topsheet and sponge don’t feel as soft as the Tronix CMD or Xiom Vega Europe. The sponge feels closer to Donic Barracuda (45 degrees) and the topsheet is also somewhat hard, but does not...
  8. Joola Tronix CMD - Short Review

I’ve noticed that, very odd considering the quality. I’ve tried Joola Ice, Fire, and now Tronix CMD. Great price, performance, and color options. But the reviews are SPARSE. I’ve tried to write good reviews for all 3 to help! PS - The One Piece is real
  9. Joola Tronix CMD - Short Review

Hmm, I’ll get back to you all in about 1 month, then 3, then 6, then 1 year. Tronix did not have a bowing upon opening the packaging, so I don’t think it was really all that factory boosted. After about a week of play, it still feels new out of the box!
  10. Joola Tronix CMD - Short Review

Sure! My TBS with this rubber feels perfect. I haven’t had a single thought about changing it. It’s lightweight, grippy, and the input feels equal to the output. I do plan on using this long term! Again it’s all subjective, so it feels great for me but others may not agree 🤷‍♂️
  11. Joola Tronix CMD - Short Review

Good questions! Recommended for intermediate beginners on either side, not complete beginners. Or advanced intermediates on the backhand side. I'm about 1600 USATT, and this feels fine on either side. I don't see a need to change at all, and my 1800+ friend agreed. Not sure about the rest of...
  12. Joola Tronix CMD - Short Review

Lol :D To me, the TBS has a 'holding' feeling that makes it feel slower than it actually is. Same with Xiom ZL Pro. Because those blades hold the ball so much, it doesn't feel as fast as a Viscaria or MK Carbon, in my opinion anyway!!
  13. Joola Tronix CMD - Short Review

Specs: Uncut weight of both red and black sheet at 2.0 mm were 62 grams. The topsheet and rubber are soft, but you can feel the high tension. Unlike Xiom Vega Europe, more similar to Andro R42. The surface is very grippy, and the topsheet is somewhat thin as you can see the pimples through it...
  14. FS: Tibhar MK Carbon FL (86.8 grams)

Ah, unfortunately I am in USA and tariffs will kill me :( Thanks for responding though!
  16. FS: Andro Synteliac VCI OFF, Butterfly Innerforce Layer ALC, Yuanjian Ganyiang Sword

I’m probably late, but is the Innerforce still for sale?
  17. Blade Review: Xiom Hayabusa ZL Pro

Specs: RST Handle – 29 x 23mm 87 grams – 2.3 cm balance point (low) Head size – Slightly larger than 157x150 mm (158x151?) 5+2 inner = Koto-Ayous-ZL Fiber-Kiri 5.6 mm thickness Impressions: Physically, this blade is awesome. I got it lacquered and the surface is so smooth, so I have never...
