A friend in China told me the number 1 is almost imposible to get, a regular player edition is around 800$-1000$ i got one through him in china a number 1 would be even more, yours is number one and also an old version kind of a collectible for that reason a kind of believe the price you said...
  2. Is this real malong w968?

It looks legit to me, the plastic wrap, the thicker handle at that time was thicker, small core around 5.85 at that time, the grey foam in the case, the grain in the wood handle, the location of the logo now they place it a little bit up, the fiber looks i little bit weird to me is too perfectly...
  3. Issue cutting the rubber

You can't rush it leave it at least 8 hrs, if you dont want to wait,. I usually put 1 layer of glue in the rubber let it dry until is hard and completely dry with no stickiness after that i put a second layer of glue on the rubber and the blade and only then i put the weight on it, i cut it and...
  4. Issue cutting the rubber

You are suppose to let the rubber dry first before you cut it, i usually leave the rubber pressed with 5 pounds on top overnight and the next day i cut it, in this way the glue will be perfectly attached to the rubber and wont ever have loose edges.
  5. DHS H3N for beginner

I think is a coach issue, you cannot change a Chinese/Taiwanese coach for an Euro Style play coach, he will always suggest tensor like rubbers in the forehand that is the style they know how to teach, the Chinese/Taiwanese coaches will always suggest Hurricane 3 to start they cannot play without...
  6. Recommend Butterfly Blade - (Petr Korbel or Maze Advance or Falcima)

The Korbel SK7 is PRO Level Christian Karlsson(Sweden Team) use it, is thick and fast as a carbon blade but is all wood, double Dignics 09c and that thing is a beast. But if you don't play tournaments, you are recreational player or your level is not near to 1800 USATT then just go for a Clipper...
  7. Chipped Blade. Any hope?

It happened the same to me, use wood glue or superglue(the least amount possible), after 3 days (Let it cure) use Minwax Water Based Poliurethane(Dont change the brand the others dont work in the same way) only on that part don't do it all over the blade and dont paint the side of the blade it...
  8. dhs long 3 vs fan zhendong alc

Go Fan Zhendong ALC is very stable does not bend in the middle like Viscaria that make the ball go to the net all the time, the Long 3 has the same problem the core bends too much and ball goes to the net, the DHS blades have consistency problems to get a good handle your blade should be over 90...

  11. New blade suggestion

Yasaka Falck W7 is very awesome is faster than the Long 3 and Clipper CR same wood Limba Ayous but different construction works awesome with double D09c is low throw. You won't like the transition from all wood to very stiff carbon, if you really want both get a Wang Hao III blade with only one...
  12. Blade damage opinion w968 provincial

Just fix it before it gets worst, buy a limba veneer and wood glue cut it horizontal replace that part sand it with very fine sand paper that's it. In the part that is missing wood use wood filler i personally use superglue with a sharp cutter remove the excess and sand it. I sand it with a hand...
  13. W968 provincial backhand problem

The Dignics 09c and H3 is the best setup for the W968 Prov & Nat, i have both. Even though the W968 Prov is OK for the beginner you need to understand first how a good top spin feels like. The D09c stroke with this blade is more like a drive/loop unless you do a super fast backhand. I suggest...
