    Vega Europe on it has really good control. That is what I used on it last. Vega Europe is a very soft rubber, and not everyone likes that. But if you want a soft rubber, than vega Europe is the way to go in my opinion.

    Nittaku h3 Neo and H3 Neo Provincial is pretty much exactly the same. The only difference that I have seen is that the Nittaku one is cheaper. I have heard people say that the Nittaku one has more consistent quality as well, but I have not bought enough sheets to know for sure.

    Yes. Xu Xin is great in doubles. He is able to step around to his forehand much easier in doubles.

    A good fast blocking rubber that I have seen is Sitga Almana. Blocking is fast and low, but it can be hard to control. It is also good for flatter hits. But like I said, it can be hard to control
