@Tischtenniser: You can find a lot of videos and training content from us on youtube, facebook and instagram:
      Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/c/3TTableTennisTraining
      Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/3t_tabletennistraining
      Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/3Ttabletennistraining
Additionally here is the link for the homepage of the club, where we film most of the videos: http://www.tsv-neuried.de/
There is information about all sport at the club (soccer, badminton,...). So there's not too much information about tabletennis and no information about our video project. The club is located in the south of Germany.

@Fabian: Thanks for the conversion of TTR in US-rating.

Here is another video of an irregular exercise: 2 x backhand, 1 to 3 x forehand.
The video is recorded from 3 camera perspectives.

3 years ago at the beginning of the year 2015 we recorded our first training videos. One of our first videos was a training session which combines table tennis and biathlon Due to the olympic winter games we fetched the biathlon targets again and recorded a second video. Unfortunately we did not integrate the running part of biathlon

Hey Suga D, these targets are not selfmade. Our tabletennis club bought the targets (ca. 10 years ago).

3TTableTennis, do you have any videos where the feeder is using Long Pimples to feed?

Wanted to know how can one train to play against Long Pimples with the help of multiball -- https://tabletennisdaily.com/forum/s...464#post237464

      Hey Tischtenniser,
we have different videos of training against long pimples:

3rd-ball attack against long pimples, part1: Serving fast and long (with some topspin) into the long pimples and attacking/looping against backspin

3rd-ball attack against long pimples, part2: Serving with backspin into long pimples and attacking/looping against a ball with no spin or some topspin (depending on the backspin in your serve).

From my point of view feeding with long pimples does not make too much sense. If you feed with long pimples you will feed with no-spin balls. But the special thing on long pimples is that they give back the spin of the incoming ball in an unuasual way. You can train this effect better, when you don't feed with long pimples but play little rallies with the long pimples. Or you can make a hybrid version of feeding and playing: for example you feed a short ball with backspin with a normal rubber, then the player pushes short, you push with the long pimples, the player attacks your long pimple push, then you can defend or block with the long pimples...
Here is a copy of our explanation what happens when you play against long pimples:
PLAYING AGAINST LONG PIMPLES OR ANTI-SPIN RUBBERS: In this post we will explain what physically happens, when you play against long pimples or anti-spin rubbers: Long pimples have very little surface for the ball contact. Anti-spin rubbers have a very smooth surface compared to normal rubbers. So long pimples and anti-spin rubbers have no or very little impact on the rotation of the ball. The rotation of the incoming ball remains, but the ball's direction of motion is inverted after the contact with the long pimples or anti-spin rubber. This means: if you loop or serve with topspin, you will get a ball with backspin from the long pimples or anti-spin rubber (see figure 1). If you play a ball with backspin (push or backspin serve), you will get a ball with no spin or some topspin (see figure 2). The rotation of the ball returned with long pimples or anti-spin rubbers is only slightly influenced by your oppenent's strokes or movements and depends mainly on the spin in your ball. So stay always concentrated and be aware, which spin you played in the the long pimples or anti-spin rubber. Topspin gets backspin and backspin gets some backspin or no spin. Also the amount of spin, which comes back from the long pimples or anti-spin rubbers, depends on the spin of your ball. The more topspin you play (e.g. looping) the more backspin you will get. We hope that this explanation will help you to improve your tactics against long pimples.
