My setup must suit my style which is quite rare.

For me the most important is the blade and the one I play with is now Stiga Hybrid Wood NCT, which being pretty hard and fast has amazing control. When I destroyed my 30 years old beloved BY Bercik de Luxe I have tested a few blades and prefer this Stiga more than others, the best I had the occasion to play with being BY Timo Boll ALC (excellent bounce but grip too thin and balance to much towards the head), Tibhar Stratus Power Wood, Andro Kinetic off, TSP Blazze off (nice, I keep it as reserve).

The FH (not always, as I flip) rubber is now Tenergy 64, but it's just because I need a red one and I have one, next I will switch to a black T05 (which I already have), I can switch to any other rubber without major problems, surely provided they have decent quality. Already played with bryce, bryce speed, sriver G3, stiga boost ts, haifu blue whale II national (excellent but a bit too heavy). I bought my both Tenergy rubbers cheap and unless I find such an occasion again, next year when the rubbers I have wear out I will switch to something else.
I’ve read with interest the thread about replacement for Tenergy but I think it’s more the hand that plays and not the rubber and if anyone wants to follow the best pros, please notice they play much better than we do with whatever equipment they are paid for.

On the contrary the BH rubber is very important to me, as I attack with long pips, which requires the right setup, otherwise it becomes very difficult or virtually impossible. And thanks to Welie (a real attack LPs specialist active on another TT forum www.tabletennistalk.co.uk) I believe I found it: It's a combination of a soft and fast Japanese sponge 1.8mm (in this case Blutenkirsche) with an OX Giant Long on it, but I checked: Globe 979 works practically the same way (OX on the same sponge) but is very perishable - I lost several pips after 3 training sessions and I am going to try Cloud&Fog III on the same sponge, should also work and the rubber is known for its drability.

I wonder if anybody has a similar experience with attack LPs and could perhaps advise some different setup?

BH=729 friendship
FH=Stiga boost TP
Blade= bearform
I bought an automatic racket with that blade and it was just so so. then i met a guy and we were good friends then and he was the champion of the university and he recommend me to use stiga but i had to but 729 because it was expensive for me to buy both of them and he told me that i could use that blade for sometime and change to new one when i have enough money to buy new blade. so, it's my current racket details..
