What's the difference between Chinese rubbers and other Asian rubbers like Tenergy?

This is same question and answer as your other thread. Japanese rubbers and European rubbers are similar enough to not consider them different categories of rubbers. Korean rubbers like Xiom are German rubbers; Japanese rubbers like TSP/Victas are German rubbers: that means Xiom and TSP/Victas are made in Germany and are Tensor rubbers like Donic.

Tenergy is made in Japan. But with all the rubbers in Germany, they are trying to make something like the Butterfly rubbers made in Japan such as Tenergy.

Tenergy is just the highest quality of all those kinds of rubbers so all the other rubbers are trying to be like Tenergy.

Some of the newer tensors have better topsheets than Tenergy but the Tenergy sponge is much better than anything else by a lot.
