What a match between Freitas and Gerell. I hope Ovtcharov vs Freitas is even more spectacular.

Amazing game from Gerell & Freitas! Some very nice rallies.

Really dislike all that exaggerated moaning from Ovtcharov at each strike.

Appolonia is too fundamentally flawed (weak backhand) to have an exciting match with a healthy Ovtcharov.

Well, after the first game : ”Don't let your hand so far behind, hold your hand there[shows more in front], and be careful at the service, hit the ball so and so, hit it all the ways[obviously asking for a wider variety of serves]. Come on, courage! ”

After third game : "Because of the fact that you are staying on the same place[not moving], the ball is going off the table[Samara's loop is flying off the table], do it while moving, you'll see how you'll put the ball on the table. When she is chopping this way[shows a forehand chop], why do you attack at her forehand, attack on her backhand side and then push, and then do it again. Come on, come on!"

During Li Jie timeout : "And again, when you want to put the ball in the corner, swing the racket to the middle of the table, and the ball will fly into the corner. Don't try to hit in the corner, because the ball goes out. You are turning, instead of doing this turn, make a step so you can hit the ball properly. And this service[shows a kind of service], make that service short."

After fifth game : "So at the service receive and when chopping you gotta put the ball at her backhand, no at forehand."

Elizabeta Samara timeout(here not 100% sure because of the commentator) : "When the ball is coming in front of you, don't let it to fall. Don't change the way your gonna get the point. And use your backhand if you have a good one. Don't hit with desperation, hit in the middle of the table."
