Antique collection of blades?

Do you have in hand any rare, antique blades?
Once, I saw a chinese seller with a very antique 70s penhold blade and I asked whether he gonna sell it, and of course it's a NO!

Anyway, treat us some photos of your antique collections.

How much worth is butterfly Kiso Hinoki V now ? I hav it in perfect condition with 1 ding on the handle. I am not selling that, but would like to now :D. It is not so old, but I can't find anyone selling it

That is a nice blade. I bet it feels awesome, especially for looping.

I have a Klampar-H which is a 5 ply Hinoki blade from 25+'years ago. I got mine in 1991. Back then I played for w few months while in between jobs after college but I did not really play long enough to get decent at playing.

From the photos of your blade thread:

An old classic Hinoki blade. Butterfly Klampar-H. This is the first blade I got back in 1991. Back then I only played for a short time but loved to play.

I have 2 Butterfly Mazinov blades from back then too. But I gave them to my parents.

You should take a look into his site here: www.deti016.de
He's got some very nice classic blades.
Wow great collection, just that he didn't state the age or the manufacturing date.

Wow, just from the logo shows a very old style.
I never knew that DHS is a new logo after Double Happiness. I thought that DHS itself is Double happiness.

A decade???? That blade is 25 years old. It was really hard to get the Sriver rubbers off it.

Here are the two Mazinovs with the original Sriver from 25 years ago still on them.

One has a flared handle and one has an Anatomical handle. I used to like Anatomical handles because I held my racket more like a club. Now my fingers are loose and my thumb and index keep the blade face steady so I can use my wrist or not as I choose.

For anyone who's interedted, here's my Klampar-H blade from the early 80's.

In pretty decent condition i think - in fact excellent, but then it was only used for <1 season !!!

May consider selling it as i prefer flared handle blades (see Ebay), but i can confirm it plays great with an HPS / G3 combo'

And here's another beauty...
...the legendary Stiga Allround Wood with Hans Alser flared handle from the 70's.

Again, may (reluctantly) consider selling, as am downsizing my collection of classic blades...
