Werner Schalger Academy has gone bankrupt!

The article is not that easy to translate literally because the structure is not that clear so I am just gonna do a qucik summary of what I understood:

WSA is owned 50-50 by Schlager and WSA CEO Martin Sörös. Sörös filed for bankruptcy without Schlager knowing so he does not know the particulars yet. It is suspected that this is connected to the WSA being a 33% shareholder of the "Schwechat Multiversum" as there have been "inconsistencies" during the time it was build.
The relationship between Schlager and Sörös is difficult because Schlager often had to run after him to get needed information.

My impression: This Sörös guy is kind of shady (the article doesn't go into much detail though)

EDIT: I looked up on the Schwechat Multiversum and it is a huge building complex for all kinds of sport and entertainment in which the WSA is integrated.
