Hello,
starting from tomorrow I will be for three weeks in NZ for a holiday roundtrip. But three weeks without tabletennis would kill me haha so does anyone know some good places to play in NZ?

Hey buddy depends where in nz you are they have a strong club in auckland, wellington and christchurch in south island is a really nice club/stadium but yeh depends if you are in south or north island

Thank you so much Ripper! I will be everyday somewhere else both north and south island. I will check those places.
Could you maybe tell me a bit more about the system in nz? Can i just show up and play or do i need to contact the places in advance?

Best thing to do is check the clubs directory on tabletennis.org.nz and try and make contact with someone from the club or see if they have a website. There is also a club in Tauranga which I recommend you visit it's a nice place and I grew up there

Hi Matt Hetherington, I played yesterday in Tauranga. I called Paul and he gave me the details.
Everyone was super friendly and I enjoyed playing there.

Glad you enjoyed it. I spent most of my youth there and my parents still live there, it's a beautiful city in the summer. Spending all these back to back winters between NZ and USA has made me miss it even more!
