what a good reference! thanks for going to the trouble of doing that. doing the hand behind my back one is pretty funny. My hand makes it just above my butt. I'll keep doing it though maybe I can increase it little buy little.

No trouble. It took about 5 min to get those clips.

The behind the back one, if you feel useful stretch, that is all that counts. It does not matter how far you go. My shoulders were much more flexible 6-7 years ago and they hurt a lot more as a result of too much mobility. Now they are much tighter but much more stable. All you are looking to do is add a little mobility and remove some tension from your shoulders.
