Similar to the Croatian Open the Slovenian Open has a fantastic draw for a challenger series. Will Joo See Hyuk repeat form after winning last weeks Croatian Open defeating Patrick Franziska, Jun Mizutani, Ho Kwan Kit and Jeoung Youngsik. Or will world number 6 Jun Mizutani prove his seeding. Chuang Chih Yuan will be looking to find form. A fantastic event to follow, be sure to get involved on the TTD discussions and join us in the live chat in the ITTF Live Streaming!

We can use this thread as a means to display all the latest results, videos and news from this spectacular Croatia Open! What are your predictions from each event.

mizutani will have to do something dramatically different if he wants to beat joo this time, his style does not fare well against joo's solid defense.

it will be interesting to see how chuang will prepare for jung young sik this time, in zagreb jung pinned him down on the backhand diagonal and wouldn't let him breath.

i'm going with wong chun ting this time around.

Kim Kyungah, back after a four-year layoff, but once #4 in the world, is an interesting entry in women's event.

He used to play with Yasaka Galaxya Carbon and Yasaka rubbers but I think he switched to some sort of Tenergies and the blade looks like a custom Zhang Jike ALC

Did anyone notice Jung Youngsik has become Jeoung Youngsik in this tournament? Why is that?

It is the Romanization. Without a doubt, Romanization sucks. There is no effective way to do it and there are several ways. Korean should be Korean, but that is the way of it.
Incredible result

Wow was it on TV table?
