I believe guys like Zhang Jike could have achieved much more than they have, if they kept themsleves under check.
I am pretty sure that high level of self-centeredness is prerequisite for success in individual sports. But, where does one go overboard and lose balance. I am trying to find some research papers and articles about the relationship of success with level of ego and narcissism. If somebody could share some material if they found online or have prior experience please share it with me.
