Nice, it's a nice place in the rhine valley. Been there a few times. Actually i want to go there again when Bingen plays vs. Busenbach.

I guess they didn't expect that themselves.
But they also had some massive changes they've been through.
Andrej Gacina, Masaki Yoshida and Coach Tomas Pavelka left after last season. Former women's GNT coach Jörg Bitzigeio was supposed to do the job, but a few days after this was announced it got canceled again.
So now Dirk Wagner is the coach of the new formed team with Kou Lei, Liang Qiu and Kohei Sambe.
So actually not such a big surprise that they are struggling a bit.
But they're still lucky though, 'cause since it's this year only nine teams in this TTBL Season, they don't have to go down to 2nd Bundesliga.
Actually in near future the TTBL was planning to be containing twelve teams instead of just ten (or nine)...

But you're right. Everyone who remembers Grenzau's glory days with Andrzej Grubba and so many other stars will be a bit irritated of their recent league situation.
