A possible solution to the problems for the rules

We all know that serving has become a lot less of an advantage now, simply due to the rule changes that have been applied and the larger ball. Umpires struggle to call fault serves due to the rules being somewhat unclear. Serve and receive has also lost power and has less importance. I wanted to think of a solution that kept the new ball, but helped serving stay relevant. I also wanted to incorporate a system that made it easier for umpires to call serves. Here's what I thought of.

Why don't we bring back the old service rules? The new ball would help negate and balance the power of hidden serves, while still allowing for serving creativity and power to be brought back. There would still also be longer rallies, and the umpires wouldn't have a hard time calling serves. Most pro players have an illegal element in there anyway.
