Japanese website has been updated to Customized ALC blade(???????? ?????????).
https://www.butterfly.co.jp/players/detail/harimoto-tomokazu.html

He could well be using something else at Nationals.
Before Butterfly, he used Yasaka Pryde and Garaxya Carbon so he's not very fussed about equipment.
In fact, he said that switching to Carbon blade from all wood blade has given him more "dwell time" resulting in spinner serves.

T64 and T-FX rubbers work better with stiff composite blades. I found them a little mushy on softer all wood ones and flexy blades can make them unpredictable a little bit.

Interesting to note he is using Tenergy 05 on the forehand this year.

Harimoto uses TENERGY 05 FX on his backhand side, he recently switched his forehand from TENERGY 80 to TENERGY 05. He also uses a Butterfly Arylate Carbon blade.

maybe innerforce ALC with ZJK Alc grip
The fiber layer is definitely next to the core, but this doesn't mean it's an Innerforce. It's a custom blade. Seems like Innerforce construction, but with thinner core and thicker plies above the the fiber. But it might be a simple Innerforce.

Not thicker plies above. You confuse when see thicker plies because grey plie on the grip
