Good idea Shree, but from my experience, hyper active kids can be difficult to coach, and a little handful.

I think he says "hyper sensitive" which is different than hyper active. Not sure what any of it would actually mean though. Training children at the age of 5-7 years old, I would imagine, would be hard no matter what you do though. But if a kid likes table tennis they will pay attention and play. If you have ever seen those videos of Timo Boll at 4 years old you will probably know what I mean. He looks so into it. :)

Hyper sensitive kids are equally as bad too...some will sulk, and worse even, some will even break down and cry. I think there is no clear cut formula to know whether a kid has the potential to be groomed to be an offensive TT player, or even a plain TT player for that matter. It's just talent and the drive to work hard (hyper sensitive kids will sulk, cry and finally give up when they don't get it), and also the ability to listen to coaching instructions (hyper active kids will just do the opposite what the coaches say and start playing football with the pingpong ball). :)

I've coached kids from 8-13 and haven't had problems with them. They're really receptive at that age. I would imagine any younger that their attention spans are a bit lower, but it's all based on how you train them. If you use positive reinforcement you will get far better results than pushing them to the point of crying. At the younger ages it's simply important to get their hand eye coordination down and then later their reflexes and spin recognition. The strokes and training shouldn't happen until they're in their teens.

Sensitive child is one who is always want to do the way he wants but TT will make him or her to concentrate more because it touches the heart by rhythmic while playing on table . it may take more time for him to concentrate but later he will adjust .
Thank you

Sir
Player from china or any part of the world if he is exposed more in early days let us take our Indian tradition a child learns when he is in mothers womb .
If would be mother (Pregnant mother ) visits some best matches in her country the child yet to born will get the feel of sound and rhythm. This is not guess we hear in stories and epics like Mahabharata .
