I purchased the Advance robot over a year ago but recently having problems with it and wondering if anyone else has had similar issues.
Whenever I set up a drill (upto 6 balls) and try to start the Robot or try and save the Routine, the robot resets and I lose all my settings.
If i do a 1 ball routine or retrieve a saved program robot works ok most of of the time.
Someone else has reported a similar issue on another forum and mentioned that this could be cause by static when touching the controller and Butterfly should have isolated the circuit board better?
Any help appreciated....
