In an official ITTF video , Ma Long best moment was winning against JYS and seeing him CRY. Ito Mima on the other hand won some title with a very nasty net ball and and delved into celebrations without saying a word to her opponent.

"some title"? Ito secured gold for Japan in the World Championships. I think that's worth a celebration. And she easily won that match 3-0, it's not like that net ball was really significant.

About Ma Long, I found this in the YouTube comments:

The translation into Chinese was wrong. Ma long was asked about the most impressionable moment, not "best moment", for all saying he's savage.

I don't know if that's true, but it's definitely a weird thing to say in such a video.

Best does not equal memorable
What Ma Long says is correct, he remembers that moment the most in 2016
Obviously this is a huge marketing boo boo by ITTF here, not very smart I must say.

Clearly OP comment on Ito shows either troll behaviour or simply ignorance

This kind of just shows if one only sees 3 seconds, vs 1.5 hours
3 seconds = savage
1.5 hours = normal behaviour

Kind of silly to only judge the surface without knowing all sides of the story.

Relax Tony, I'm aware of all you said. The video worth sharing but then if you don't like my personal opinion it is your right, no need though to use words like ignorance , trolling etc .. regarding Ma Long I believe it is ITTF mistake as well, but since I don't speak chinese I had to stick with the original story. I've got to say ITTF media production is so bad and this isn't my first post about this.
