Hey,
I'm not that good at explaining stuff in english but I'll try.
Men play in teams of 6 and women in teams of 4. Since I don't know the way women play by heart I'm just going to focus on the men teams but if you want to also know about the women I can ask someone at my club later today.
So as I said men play in teams of 6 forming 3 doubles. If a team wins 9 matches they win (there can also be an (8-8 draw).
First up are the doubles. The home team double nr. 1 plays against the guest team double nr. 2. Then home double 2 vs guest double 1 followed by double 3 vs double 3. The singles are played in the following order (H stands for Home team and G for guest team):

H player nr. 1 vs G nr. 2
H nr. 2 vs G nr. 1
H nr. 3 vs G nr. 4
H nr. 4 vs G nr. 3
H nr. 5 vs G nr. 6
H nr. 6 vs G nr. 5

In the scond round H 1 plays vs G 1, H 2 vs G 2, H 3 vs G 3, etc.
After all these games one team has either reached 9 wins and therfore won or the score is 8-7.
In the case of 8-7 the "Schlussdoppel" is played wich is home team double nr. 1 vs guest team double nr. 1.
After that the score is obviously either 9-7 or 8-8.
The ranking of the players within the team from 1 to 6 is determined by their TTR Rating so the player with the highest rating is nr. 1
