Hi there,

Anyone has experience in the wood quality of the blade for a JTTAA and normal version?

Thinking worth for the extra $$? Or just better surface finishing that's it, more smooth in the handle for example?

Would be best if there is a photo side by side comparison.

Thanks

I believe the only difference between the normal version and the JTTAA version is that the latter goes through a more in depth quality checking process for anyone that isnt of real good standard its not really worth it however the price difference is alot smaller than what the DHS Normal and National equipment.

Depends on the blade I think. Some Butterfly blades like the Primorac Off- have differences between the Euro and the JP version. The handle for example is thicker as far a I remember on the Euro version and it is said to be of better quality.
