Well, considering 80% of the former players and who are coaches for the past now to 2 decades were penholders, this is normal and not a surprise
give it another 10-20 years, then it will be shakehands - as 99% of the players now are shakehands

From a head coach to admin staff, is a huge "demotion" I mean promotion
But that is how life is. New people come, old ones must leave.
