Could you outline for the ignoramuses like me what this even is? A super heavy metallic bat to strengthen your muscles and tendons?

Basically it is a ripcord with one end attached to a table and another to a bat. Just get one from amazon.

Just buy a thick blade and drill it, then get some elastic band and attach it, that's all folks! :V

Id be careful with those things. The string is attached to the head of the blade. So the weight transfer isnt good for your wirst. The band should should be attached to the handle so its more natural and less taxing for your wrist. You are better of with a normal elastic band which u put into your hand.
