Another win for zhang jike in japan open . Zhang jike this time won his match in main draw after two effort and now his state is improving game by game , step by step . His opponet was jonathan Groth from denmark in the main draw as a seeded player but zhang jike had a good performance and had a good result . He defeated Jonathan Groth 4 to 1 . Guess what???? His coach was Xiao Zhan ( his former coach ) . He guided zhang jike vs jonathan groth . A very moving scene

Japanese fans and zhang jike . Zhang jike's presence in japan open is a very good chance for japanese fans to see their favorite player

Also a funny video from Zhang jike and umpire was published ( in round 2 of qualifying stage ) which zhang jike insists on shaking hand and the umpire says wait a minute . Fans has joked about this video and has told that she is the first lady that rejected zhang jike .

June 8th was a memorable day for zhang jike in japan open after his Famous comeback to table tennis tournamnets again . He defeated Liang Jingkun and Jin ueda In the same score of 4-3 . He played totally 14 tireding games in his two match and found his way to semi final . He will Face Timo boll on 9th june .

No one better than Xiao Zhan can guide Zhang jike .They are like father and son .

On June 10 , In the men's single Final of 2018 Japan open , Zhang jike showed fans a very strong performance and found his way to this final after fabulous winnings vs His teammate Liang jingkun , Jin ueda from Japan and in the end withdraw of Timo boll in semi final ( injured ) .

His opponent in the final was T.Harimoto The wonder kid from Japan who had defeated Ma long strongly . The Final game was excited as every one expected and In a very close match Zhang Jike lost the game to Host player Harimoto in score of 4 - 3 ( 11-9 , 11-8 , 9-11,4-11, 12-10 , 7-11 ,11-13 ) .

Although it was pity that Zhang Jike didn't win the title But HE SURPRISED THE WORLD with his last 3 weeks performance . A players who wasn't at this peak for more than three years which has recovered this height in a very short time has done indeed a very difficult Job .

Also in his game with Jin Ueda he turned his back and twisted his waist , Fortunately It didn't make him much problem in the result and he adjusted

well with injury and played well .

The chinese team at the Japan open exposed a lot of problem including Ma long's shocking loss to Harimoto . In this difficult problem , The return and recovery of Zhang jike becomes more valuable and worthy of attention .

On june 10 , After Japan open final , Zhang Jike had a very pleasant and positive interview about Tomokazu Harimoto and had Nice words for This young champion Which made Japanese media and fans to praise Zhang jike ! the Reason behind this admiring is not just his press conference replies , But also comes back to his warm and Generous Behaviour and Sportmanship in award ceremony toward Harimoto .
