No training photos or videos but In his last interview he told he doesnt want to retire and doesnt want to get apart from table tennis , He told he is afraid of retiring but He is unpredictable person So its Unknown . Recently He participated in a professional E - sports reality show as a coach .

Zhang Jike 's Fans are very famous in sport circle , famous for showing their love to their Idol in every opportunity . In his birthday on February 16
2019 they managed a very spacial birthday gift for Jike as they did in the past years but this year more special .


They prepared one of the largest LED buildings in '' Qingdao '' his hometown and other cities of China in order to congratulating his birthday . 53 buildings and screens stretched 5.2 kilometers . The fans rented the LED Screen of buildings and displayed zhang jike's photos and videos in Olympic and WTTC and also the congrats . ( watch the spectacular video )

After china's succesful WTTC 2019 in budapest , He updated his weibo : The Brave people have no fear , Look at our chinese team , won the titles and games again .

On May 3, Beijing time, Liu Guoliang, chairman of the China Table Tennis Association, accepted an interview with a platform. Liu Guoliang expressed the hope that Guoping can achieve "two-way glory for the country", not only to win the five championships at the Tokyo Olympics next year, but also to make breakthroughs in the professionalization and internationalization of table tennis. Liu Guoliang said: "If it is just for the Olympics, I don't have to come back. We have already won all the three championships."

On May 17 and 23rd Zhang jike updated his weibo with his new dog : Since today, the female baby dog named “basin” will be looked after by me Zhang jike Stayed in a farm for some day for a life style Program and was interested to have this Dog .

Pan shiyi asked Zhang jike about his playing condition and when he will retire and Zhang jike told : I dont know exactly , When I want to play I will play when i do not want to play I will have rest , To limit myself to set a definite time is painful .
