What are the unwritten rules of table tennis?

Outdoors, players apologise when any number of external factors disturb the match in their favour. Like indoors, the ball bouncing off the side of the table, the ball skipping on the net or an opponent losing their footing, no one wants to win a point that way.

11-0 rule. If i don't get along with my opponent and I'm 10-0 up I will try to humiliate him and win 11-0. But fortunately I can get along with most of my opponents. In that case it looks like I'm always making an unforced error.

This has bern covered before, of course - but many feel that such a “mercy point” is much more disrespectful than an 11-0 game.
