Two main clubs with coaches here:
Waltham Table Tennis & Badminton Club - has high level coaches (2300-2600, owner is ex-CNT), and it helps if you speak Chinese.

Boston Table Tennis Center - more popular, I'd say, and is more beginner-friendly. Couple of coaches that give lessons - I guess depends on what your friend is looking for.
