Sir
I often find that girls at puberty have to go lot of changes that is the peak time when a player has to play more.
Do we have data on mood swings which will help us to handle situation to train them better at this age .
Since they have to compete at higher level we should be able to help them to over come this period and future they may continue to play better .

During practice the change of speed and consistency depend more on mood can any one do more ...

The above Mood elevation of player plays a role in practice as well as competition students should quality practice depends on mood . can any body help in this topic of discussions we should not neglect this mood consideration.

I dunno if mood is a key issue at that age, more a preference to have a social life and an education instead of having a commitment to sport, you will find as there are not many females playing table tennis then this is often away from their group of friends and the activities they do. At that age where girls start becoming quite prone to their peers' activities it is less attractive for them to be training for table tennis, they like to hang out with friends, go shopping and study for school instead of training or playing tournaments on weekends. That is really a major issue for the sport with females. I'm interested to know more about what your ideas are about mood though?
