I was wondering if anyone knew of a similar rubber to Andro Rasant Turbo for punching on the BH when I twiddle my racket but also able to topspin with heavy spin on the forehand.

Sounds like Rasanter R47 to me.

R47, or V47 if you want it a little more direct, from the new generation.

From the generation before, in terms of characteristics and hardness, take a look at Evolution MX-P and bluefire M1.
