I've been playing for around 10 years, most of it on inverted rubber for my backhand, but 4 years ago I started using long pips for my backhand.
I have quite a defensive play style, but I was thinking of changing my backhand rubber to inverted again. Should I do so, and if yes, which rubber should I replace it with?

My equipment:
Blade - Butterfly Joo SaeHyuk Blade
Forehand rubber - DHS H3 NEO
Backhand - TSP Curl PH

Hi.
Same story for me. I've been playing def for 3 years and decided to switch to inverted both sides. As I've used to play classic def, I've faced one problem: I am backhand oriented player after years of def and it is hard for me now to change my body orientation for proper fh loops (still working on it). But I have no regrets. :)
So, feel free to try inverted both sides. :)

As for setup: you can use your JSH with H3, just put any inverted on bh side. ;)

I did. But most of my loops were from backhand. And body position was oriented mostly for heavy bh chop w/ my lp. That's why (I think) I became lazy to move for proper fh loop. :(
