Despite headline from the seller 729 x-6 blade seems to be 5 wood + 2 ALC composition but inner (ALC close to the core under second thin wooden ply) while Viscaria is outer composition (ALC under top wooden ply). Also top ply on x-6 doesn't look like Koto but I'm not the expert. And then different thickness. Compare yourself:

But overall it can be good bang for a buck! If you want some closer Viscaria clone go for Yinhe V-14 or similar.

Actually 729 Friendship V-1 looks much more like Viscaria clone, you can get it also around 30USD from Aliexpress. Unfortunately only Chinese penhold handle (CS)! Here is the structure:
